The Baher Foundation focuses on community partnerships, resource connections, and support. The Foundation does not own, lease, manage, or broker housing through the Pathways to Stability initiative.

Baher Foundation was proud to join community partners and volunteers at Back to School PBC, helping create a welcoming day centered on students, families and a strong start to the school year.

The GTAC Economic Development of Palm Beach County recently hosted a panel discussion focused on educational, health and career-development resources designed to help residents move toward greater opportunity and long-term success.
The Baher Foundation was honored to participate, thanks to OCR Director Houston Tate. By supporting local organizations, sharing resources and working alongside community leaders, we help expand access to opportunity and contribute to stronger, more economically resilient communities.

South Florida Mentoring Symposium: Building a Legacy for Global Impact
The Baher Foundation was honored to participate in the South Florida Mentoring Symposium: Building a Legacy for Global Impact, a community-focused gathering bringing together mentors, educators, community leaders and organizations committed to empowering the next generation.
As part of the symposium, the Baher Foundation participated in a workshop focused on artificial intelligence and emerging technology, sharing practical insights on how AI tools can be used to improve workflows, increase efficiency and help individuals and organizations maximize their impact.
The workshop provided an opportunity to demonstrate how thoughtfully applied technology can support stronger operations, more effective communication and greater capacity for organizations working to serve their communities.

Jamie helps develop strategic relationships with community organizations, housing providers, businesses, and other partners that expand opportunities for the individuals and communities served by The Baher Foundation. His work focuses on connecting resources, identifying collaborative opportunities, and helping move community-focused initiatives from concept to implementation.
Jamie brings professional experience in real estate development, community housing partnerships, investment, and strategic advisory.

Karen provides guidance for programs and initiatives that respond to community needs. Her work focuses on turning ideas into meaningful programs, strengthening community relationships, and ensuring the Foundation’s efforts create practical, lasting impact for the individuals and communities it serves.
